39

Saturday, April 12th, was my 39th birthday. Mooey and Weenie threw a party for me to drown my sorrows of my last birthday in my 30's. Where did all the time go? Anyway, many peeps came and there was a special guest. More on that later. Please enjoy the pics of all my beautiful friends.

Mooey gave me my gift before everyone got there. It's a gift card to Chili's. I hate Chili's and just had a horrific experience at one in Jackson, Mississippi. It was a hysterical gift.

Mooey laid out a little food. That's Weenie's delicious pork tenderloin in the corner.

We built a fire pit outside since it was in the 50's.

Then the peeps started showing up.

Then the special guest arrived. It was my dear friend and celebrity Susan Marshall! She had set up in Mooey's den and began playing River when I walked in. It's my favorite.

Here's me enjoying the music.

After the mini concert, it was back to drinking and dancing.

It was indeed a late night! Thanks everyone for helping me bid farewell to the 30's.

Happy Birthday! I would have never in a million years guessed that you were 39. I swear I was thinking mid-twenties. No kidding.

That's very nice of you to say Karen. It's amazing I can still do it after all these years.

You have a cool blog going here. I love the Chili's gift card, I love the food at Chili's, but the service by far is the worst, and I avoid it at all costs, I think that gift is a hoot!
